Privacy Policy
How App Testers handles your data, your payments and your app.
What we never ask for
Developers need strong protection for their own software. As a secure Android app testing service, we have designed our service so we do not need access to your app files or passwords.
We will never ask you to upload `.aab` or `.apk` files. We will never ask for your Google Play Developer Console password. Our testers install your app through the normal Google Play Store, the same way any user would. We do not ask for your source code.
The data we use
To coordinate testing, we process your name, email address, account details, app name, opt-in URL, order information and support messages. Necessary technical data is also processed when you visit or sign in. We do not currently load Google Analytics.
Payment Security
We do not keep a central database of card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Your privacy rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.

Purposes and legal bases
We use account and order information to create accounts, process purchases, coordinate testers and provide support. This is generally necessary to perform a contract or take steps before one (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
We process records needed for accounting and other legal duties under Article 6(1)(c). Necessary security and technical information is processed to protect and operate the site under Article 6(1)(f), subject to applicable rules.
Recipients and transfers
Supabase provides authentication and order storage; Stripe handles payments; our email provider delivers service messages. Their access is limited to information needed for their role. International transfers, if any, depend on the live provider settings and agreements.
Storage and cookies
We retain data while needed to deliver the service, respond to requests and meet applicable statutory retention periods. Requests to delete an account are reviewed individually because some order and payment records may have to be kept.
The site uses cookies needed for login sessions and language selection. Optional analytics is not active. If introduced, it will require a separate consent choice before analytics cookies are set.
