After testers join
Our voluntary refund offer ends when testing starts. A free re-test may apply if Google cites closed-testing criteria. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
1. Free re-test guarantee
If Google explicitly rejects your production access application after the completed 14-day test because of insufficient tester engagement, opt-ins or broken 14-day continuity, we provide a new 14-day test at no extra charge. Google decides every application; we cannot promise approval. This voluntary guarantee does not limit statutory rights.
2. Full refund before testers join
If you order our service but cancel before our testers join your Google Play Console track, you’re entitled to a 100% refund, no questions asked, back to your original Stripe payment method.
3. How to request it
Email us with your order ID to request a refund or activate your free re-test. Refunds are issued to your original Stripe payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
