Information for consumers ordering our testing service online. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Withdrawal period
If you have a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, you can generally withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to support@apptesters.de before the period ends.
Starting the service
Starting the test during the withdrawal period does not automatically end your right. Any payment for services already performed or expiry of the right depends on the legal requirements. Our voluntary refund policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
Effects of withdrawal
After a valid withdrawal, we return payments in accordance with the law, generally within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method. Where legally due, a proportionate amount may be payable for services already provided.
Suggested notice
I hereby withdraw from my contract for the app testing service. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Email / order number: [details].
